Maj. Roji Nongthombam
Founder & Chief Pilot
Roji is an accomplished ex-Army Combat Engineer, UN peacekeeper, and Special Forces officer with a wealth experience in high-stakes environments. He holds a skydiving license from the British Parachuting Association and is a certified skiing instructor from the High Altitude Warfare School. As an Army-certified Paramotor pilot, Roji has a skill set that includes planning expeditions and adventure missions, showcasing his dedication to both safety and thrill in every endeavor. His diverse background equips him with the expertise to tackle challenges head-on, making him a valuable asset in any mission.
Col. Anand Swaroop
Advisor and Pilot
Col. Anand Swaroop is a distinguished recipient of the Tenzin Norgay National Adventure Award in the land adventure category. A retired Paratrooper, he has served as the Director of the Army Adventure Wing, showcasing his leadership in adventure sports. Having conquered Mount Everest twice and led numerous expeditions to both the North and South Poles, he is also an accomplished skydiver, scuba diver, paramotor pilot, and paraglider. Col. Swaroop is the strategic force behind Kanto, bringing his vast experience and passion for adventure to the forefront.
Sqn. Ldr Kalpana Rautela
Chief Operations Officer
Kalpana serves as our Head, expertly overseeing all flying plans and providing vital technical support. With over ten years of experience in the Air Force as a fighter aircraft controller, she possesses in-depth expertise in air traffic management. Her exceptional skills in airspace management ensure that every flight departs smoothly and efficiently. Kalpana's dedication and proficiency her an invaluable asset to our team.
